Delete your account

How to delete it

1. 1Sign in to your account.
2. 2Go to the My account page.
3. 3Scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account.
4. 4Type your account phone number to confirm, then press Permanently delete my account.

What gets deleted

• Your account details: phone number, name, username, email and password
• Every listing you have posted
• All photos and videos you uploaded
• All your conversations with buyers and sellers
• Reviews you wrote and reviews written about you
• Payment records and any remaining wallet balance
• Telegram verification records

What may remain

• Reports you filed about other people, with your phone number masked. The report itself stays so that a seller cannot clear their record by driving the people who reported them off the platform. Anything you typed in the description of a report stays as you wrote it.
• Posts already published to our Telegram channel: that channel belongs to Telegram. Delete the listing before deleting your account and the channel post is updated.
• If you received the free merchant year, a one-way coded fingerprint of your phone number and Telegram account (not the number itself) is kept until 30 days after the offer ends, only to stop the same person claiming it twice, and is then deleted.
• Anything the law requires us to keep, for only as long as it requires.
