«እጅ በእጅ ገበያ» ተጠቃሚዎችን የሚያገናኝ መድረክ ብቻ ነው። በገዢና በሻጭ ወይም በማንኛውም ሁለት ወገኖች መካከል ለሚፈጠር ማንኛውም ክርክር፣ ማጭበርበር፣ ጉዳት ወይም ኪሳራ ምንም ዓይነት ኃላፊነት አይወስድም።

Eji Be Eji Marketplace is only a venue that connects users. It accepts no liability whatsoever for any dispute, fraud, loss or damage arising between a buyer and a seller, or between any two users.

1. የውሉ ተቀባይነት

ይህን ድረ-ገጽ ወይም መተግበሪያ በመጠቀም፣ መለያ በመክፈት፣ ማስታወቂያ በመለጠፍ ወይም ከሌላ ተጠቃሚ ጋር በመገናኘት እነዚህን ውሎችና ሁኔታዎች ሙሉ በሙሉ እንደተቀበሉ ይቆጠራል።

እነዚህን ውሎች የማይቀበሉ ከሆነ መድረኩን መጠቀም የለብዎትም። ዕድሜዎ ከ18 ዓመት በታች ከሆነ መለያ መክፈት አይችሉም።

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or application, creating an account, posting a listing, or contacting another user, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the platform. You may not create an account if you are under 18 years of age.

2. መድረኩ ምንድን ነው እና ምን አይደለም

«እጅ በእጅ ገበያ» ተጠቃሚዎች እርስ በርስ የሚገናኙበት የማስታወቂያ መለጠፊያ መድረክ ብቻ ነው። እኛ ሻጭ አይደለንም፣ ገዢ አይደለንም፣ ደላላ አይደለንም፣ ወኪል አይደለንም፣ የክፍያ አስተላላፊ (escrow) አይደለንም።

በማንኛውም ማስታወቂያ ላይ የቀረበውን ዕቃ፣ አገልግሎት፣ ቤት፣ መኪና ወይም የሥራ ዕድል አናረጋግጥም፤ አንመረምርም፤ ባለቤትነቱን አናጣራም፤ ጥራቱን፣ ደህንነቱን፣ ሕጋዊነቱን ወይም ዋጋውን ዋስትና አንሰጥም።

የተጠቃሚዎችን ማንነት፣ ዕድሜ፣ ብቃት፣ ፈቃድ ወይም ሐቀኝነት ዋስትና አንሰጥም። የስልክ ማረጋገጫ ማለት አንድ ስልክ ቁጥር መኖሩን ማረጋገጥ ብቻ ነው፤ የሰውየውን ሐቀኝነት ማረጋገጥ አይደለም።

ማንኛውም ስምምነት፣ ክፍያ፣ ማስረከብ፣ ጥገና፣ ዋስትና ወይም ውል በሁለቱ ተጠቃሚዎች መካከል ብቻ የሚደረግ ነው። እኛ የዚያ ውል አካል አይደለንም።

2. What the Platform Is and Is Not

Eji Be Eji Marketplace is only a listing venue where users find and contact one another. We are not a seller, not a buyer, not a broker, not an agent, and not an escrow or payment intermediary.

We do not verify, inspect, authenticate, appraise or guarantee any item, service, property, vehicle or job opportunity that appears in a listing, nor its ownership, quality, safety, legality or price.

We do not guarantee the identity, age, capacity, licensing or honesty of any user. Phone verification confirms only that a phone number exists and is controlled by the account holder; it is not a character or background check.

Any agreement, payment, delivery, repair, warranty or contract is made solely between the two users. We are not a party to that contract.

3. ሕጋዊ እና ኃላፊነት የተሞላበት አጠቃቀም

እጅ በእጅ ገበያ ደህንነቱ የተጠበቀ፣ ሕጋዊ፣ የሚታመንና የተከባበረ የገበያና የማህበረሰብ መድረክ እንዲሆን ታስቦ የተሠራ ነው።

ድረ-ገጹን፣ መተግበሪያውን፣ ማስታወቂያዎችን፣ የመልእክት ሥርዓቱን፣ የክፍያ አገልግሎቶችን፣ የሥራ ማስታወቂያዎችን፣ የአገልግሎት ጥያቄዎችን ወይም ማንኛውንም ሌላ ባህሪ የሚጠቀም ሰው ሁሉ ለሕጋዊና ተገቢ ዓላማ ብቻ መጠቀም አለበት።

እያንዳንዱ ተጠቃሚ የሚለጥፈው ማስታወቂያ፣ የሚያደርገው ግዢና ሽያጭ፣ የሚያቀርበው አገልግሎት፣ የሚፈጽመው ክፍያ፣ የሚያደርገው ቀጠሮ፣ የሚያስረክበው ዕቃ፣ የሥራ ስምሪቱና ሌላው ሁሉ ተግባሩ ተፈጻሚ የሆኑ የአገር ውስጥና ዓለም አቀፍ ሕጎችን ማክበሩን የማረጋገጥ ሙሉ ኃላፊነት የራሱ ነው።

ማንኛውም ሰው እጅ በእጅ ገበያን በቀጥታም ሆነ በተዘዋዋሪ ወንጀል ለመፈጸም፣ ለመሞከር፣ ለማበረታታት፣ ለማስታወቅ፣ ለማቀናበር፣ ለማመቻቸት፣ ገንዘብ ለማቅረብ፣ ለመደበቅ፣ ለመርዳት፣ ለመጠየቅ ወይም ለማስተባበር መጠቀም አይችልም።

እነዚህ ክልከላዎች ተግባሩ የተፈጸመው በመድረኩ ላይ ብቻ ሳይሆን፦ በመድረኩ በተለዋወጡ መልእክቶች፤ በመድረኩ ባገኙት ስልክ ቁጥር ወይም ኢሜይል፤ በሶሻል ሚዲያ ወይም በሌላ የመልእክት መተግበሪያ፤ በመድረኩ በተለዋወጡ ሊንክ፣ QR ኮድ ወይም አድራሻ፤ በመድረኩ ተዋውቀው በአካል በተገናኙበት ቀጠሮ፤ በመድረኩ ተዋውቀው ግብይቱን ወደ ውጭ በወሰዱበት ሁኔታ፤ ሆን ተብሎ በተሳሳተ ፊደል ወይም በስውር ቃል በተጻፈ ማስታወቂያ፤ በሌላ ሰው ወይም ድርጅት አማካኝነት፤ ወይም በራስ-ሰር ሥርዓት (bot) ቢሆንም በእኩል ተፈጻሚ ናቸው።

ግብይቱ ባይጠናቀቅም እንኳ የተከለከለ ተግባር ለመፈጸም መሞከር ራሱ እንደ ጥሰት ሊቆጠር ይችላል።

3. Responsible and Lawful Use

Eji Be Eji Marketplace is intended to provide a safe, lawful, trustworthy and respectful marketplace and community platform.

Everyone who uses the website, the mobile application, the marketplace, the messaging system, the payment features, the advertising tools, profiles, listings, service requests or any other feature must use the platform only for lawful and legitimate purposes.

Each user is solely responsible for ensuring that their listings, advertisements, communications, purchases, sales, service offers, service requests, payments, meetings, deliveries, business activities and employment-related activities comply with all applicable local, national and international laws.

No person may use Eji Be Eji, directly or indirectly, to commit, attempt, encourage, advertise, arrange, facilitate, finance, conceal, assist, solicit, promote, coordinate or participate in illegal activity.

These restrictions apply regardless of whether the prohibited activity happens directly on the platform, through messages exchanged here, through a phone number or email address obtained here, through social media or another messaging app, through links or QR codes exchanged here, through an in-person meeting that resulted from contact here, through a transaction moved off the platform after the parties met here, through disguised or deliberately misspelled listings, through another person acting on a user's behalf, or through bots and other automated means.

Attempting to engage in prohibited activity may be treated as a violation even if the transaction is never completed.

4. የተጠቃሚው ኃላፊነት እና የመድረኩ ኃላፊነት አለመሆን

እያንዳንዱ ተጠቃሚ ለራሱ ድርጊት በተናጠልና በሙሉ ኃላፊነት ተጠያቂ ነው።

እጅ በእጅ ገበያ በተጠቃሚዎች ወይም በሶስተኛ ወገኖች ለሚፈጸም ሕገ-ወጥ፣ አጭበርባሪ፣ አደገኛ፣ በዝባዥ ወይም የተከለከለ ተግባር ፈቃድ አይሰጥም፤ አያበረታታም፤ አይደግፍም፤ አይሳተፍም፤ ኃላፊነትም አይወስድም።

የተከለከለ ዕቃ ወይም አገልግሎት የሚያቀርብ፣ የሚያስታውቅ፣ የሚሸጥ፣ የሚገዛ፣ የሚጠይቅ፣ ለማግኘት የሚሞክር፣ የሚያቀናብር፣ ገንዘብ የሚያቀርብ፣ የሚያጓጉዝ፣ ሌላውን የሚረዳ፣ የሚደብቅ ወይም የሚያመቻች ሰው ለዚያ ተግባርና ለሚያስከትለው ውጤት ሁሉ በግሉ ተጠያቂ ነው።

በተፈጻሚው ሕግ በሚፈቀደው ከፍተኛ መጠን፣ ተጠያቂው ተግባሩን የፈጸመው ግለሰብ ወይም ድርጅት እንጂ እጅ በእጅ ገበያ አይደለም።

እጅ በእጅ ገበያ ተጠቃሚዎች የሚገናኙበት፣ ሕጋዊ ዕቃና አገልግሎት የሚያስተዋውቁበትና ሕጋዊ ግብይት የሚፈጽሙበት መድረክ ነው። በግልጽ ካልተባለ በስተቀር፣ ተጠቃሚዎች በመድረኩ ተገናኙ፣ ተነጋገሩ ወይም ተስማሙ በሚል ብቻ እጅ በእጅ ገበያ የስምምነቱ አካል አይሆንም።

ነገር ግን በተፈጻሚው ሕግ መሠረት ሊወገድ ወይም ሊገደብ የማይችል ኃላፊነት ካለ፣ ይህ አንቀጽ ያንን ኃላፊነት ለማስቀረት አይተረጎምም።

4. User Responsibility and Platform Non-Responsibility

Users are independently and solely responsible for their own conduct.

Eji Be Eji Marketplace does not authorise, encourage, approve, sponsor, participate in or assume responsibility for any illegal, fraudulent, dangerous, abusive, exploitative or otherwise prohibited conduct carried out by a user or a third party.

A person who offers, advertises, sells, buys, requests, solicits, attempts to obtain, arranges, finances, transports, conceals or facilitates a prohibited product or service, or who assists another person in obtaining one, is personally responsible for that conduct and for every consequence arising from it.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the person or organisation engaging in the prohibited activity, and not Eji Be Eji Marketplace, is responsible for that activity and its consequences.

Eji Be Eji is a platform through which independent users may communicate, advertise lawful goods and services, and conduct lawful transactions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not become a party to an agreement merely because users met, communicated, negotiated or transacted through the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any responsibility that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

5. በተጠቃሚዎች መካከል ለሚደርስ ማንኛውም ነገር ኃላፊነት አንወስድም

በገዢና በሻጭ፣ በአሠሪና በሠራተኛ፣ በአገልግሎት ሰጪና በተቀባይ ወይም በማንኛውም ሁለት ወገኖች መካከል ለሚፈጠር ማንኛውም ነገር «እጅ በእጅ ገበያ» ምንም ዓይነት ኃላፊነት አይወስድም። ይህም የሚከተሉትን ያካትታል፣ ግን በእነሱ ብቻ አይወሰንም፡

የገንዘብ ማጭበርበር፣ የተከፈለ ገንዘብ አለመመለስ፣ ያልተከፈለ ክፍያ ወይም የባንክ/ሞባይል ገንዘብ ማስተላለፍ ችግር።

የተበላሸ፣ የተጭበረበረ፣ የተሰረቀ፣ ያልደረሰ ወይም ከተገለጸው የተለየ ዕቃ ወይም አገልግሎት።

የሐሰት ማስታወቂያ፣ የሐሰት ማንነት፣ የሐሰት ደረሰኝ ወይም የሐሰት የባለቤትነት ማረጋገጫ።

ተጠቃሚዎች በአካል ተገናኝተው በሚያደርጉት ግንኙነት የሚደርስ የአካል ጉዳት፣ የንብረት ጉዳት፣ ዝርፊያ፣ ስርቆት ወይም ማንኛውም የወንጀል ድርጊት።

የሥራ ውል አለመከበር፣ ደመወዝ አለመክፈል፣ የቤት ኪራይ አለመግባባት ወይም የመኖሪያ ቤት ማስወጣት።

የጊዜ ብክነት፣ የትርፍ ማጣት፣ የስም ማጥፋት ወይም ማንኛውም ቀጥተኛ ያልሆነ ጉዳት።

ተጠቃሚዎች የራሳቸውን ጥንቃቄ የማድረግ ሙሉ ኃላፊነት አለባቸው። ከመክፈልዎ በፊት ዕቃውን በአካል ይመልከቱ፣ በሕዝብ ቦታ ይገናኙ፣ ደረሰኝ ይጠይቁ፣ እና ቅድሚያ ገንዘብ ከመላክ ይቆጠቡ።

5. No Responsibility for Anything Between Users

Eji Be Eji Marketplace accepts no responsibility whatsoever for anything that occurs between a buyer and a seller, an employer and a worker, a service provider and a client, or any two parties. This includes, without limitation:

Financial fraud, non-refunded money, unpaid amounts, or failed bank / mobile-money transfers.

Goods or services that are damaged, counterfeit, stolen, undelivered, or different from how they were described.

False listings, false identities, forged receipts, or forged proof of ownership.

Physical injury, property damage, robbery, theft or any criminal act arising from users meeting in person.

Breach of employment terms, unpaid wages, rental disputes or eviction.

Wasted time, lost profit, reputational harm, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Users are fully responsible for their own due diligence. Inspect goods in person before paying, meet in public places, request receipts, and never send money in advance.

6. የተከለከሉ ተግባራት፦ የሰዎች ብዝበዛ

እጅ በእጅ ገበያ የሰው ዝውውርን፣ የወሲብ ዝውውርን፣ የጉልበት ዝውውርን፣ የግዳጅ ሥራን፣ በዕዳ ምክንያት የሚደረግ ባርነትን፣ ባርነትንና በባርነት የመሰሉ ተግባራትን፣ የንግድ ወሲባዊ ብዝበዛን፣ የሕፃናት ዝውውርንና ብዝበዛን፣ ሰዎችን ለብዝበዛ መመልመልን፣ የተዘዋወሩ ሰዎችን መደበቅ ወይም ማጓጓዝን፣ አስገዳጅ የቅጥር ስምምነቶችን፣ ሕገ-ወጥ የሰዎች ማሻገርን ወይም የሐሰት የስደት ሂደቶችን ለማስታወቅ፣ ለመጠየቅ፣ ለመመልመል፣ ለማቀናበር፣ ለማመቻቸት፣ ገንዘብ ለማቅረብ ወይም ለመደበቅ መጠቀም ፈጽሞ የተከለከለ ነው።

ዝሙትን፣ የንግድ ወሲብ አገልግሎትን፣ በገንዘብ ወይም በሌላ ጥቅም የሚለወጥ ወሲባዊ ተግባርን፣ ዝሙትን ለማመቻቸት የሚያገለግል የአጃቢ (escort) አገልግሎትን፣ ወሲባዊ ብዝበዛን፣ ሕገ-ወጥ ብልግና ምስሎችን ወይም እነዚህን ለመደበቅ የተዘጋጁ ማስታወቂያዎችን ማቅረብ፣ መጠየቅ፣ ማስታወቅ ወይም ማመቻቸት አይፈቀድም።

በሕፃናት ብዝበዛ ላይ ምንም ዓይነት ትዕግስት የለንም። የሕፃናት ወሲባዊ ጥቃት ምስሎችን፣ ሕፃናትን ወሲባዊ በሆነ መንገድ የሚያሳዩ ይዘቶችን፣ የሕፃናት ዝሙትን ወይም ዝውውርን፣ ሕፃናትን ለወሲብ ዓላማ የማባበል ግንኙነትን፣ ብዝበዛ ያለበትን የሕፃናት ጉልበት ሥራ ወይም ሕፃናትን የሚበዘብዝ ማንኛውንም ይዘት መለጠፍ፣ መጠየቅ፣ ማሰራጨት ወይም ማመቻቸት ፈጽሞ የተከለከለ ነው። እጅ በእጅ ገበያ ማስረጃውን ጠብቆ በሕግ በሚፈቀደው መሠረት ለሚመለከተው ባለስልጣን ያሳውቃል።

የግዳጅ ሥራን፣ በዝውውር ላይ የተመሠረተ ቅጥርን፣ ሕገ-ወጥ ምልመላን፣ ሕገ-ወጥ የሕፃናት ጉልበት ሥራን፣ የሐሰት የሥራ ዕድሎችን፣ ወንጀል ለመፈጸም የታቀዱ ሥራዎችን፣ የሠራተኞችን መታወቂያ በሕገ-ወጥ መንገድ መያዝን ወይም በሕግ የተከለከሉ ብዝበዛ ያለባቸውን የሥራ ሁኔታዎች ማስታወቅ ወይም ማመቻቸት አይፈቀድም።

6. Prohibited Activities: Exploitation of People

Eji Be Eji may not be used to advertise, solicit, recruit for, arrange, facilitate, finance, transport or conceal human trafficking, sex trafficking, labour trafficking, forced labour, involuntary servitude, debt bondage, slavery or slavery-like practices, commercial sexual exploitation, the trafficking or exploitation of children, the recruitment of people for exploitation, the harbouring or transport of trafficked persons, coercive employment arrangements, unlawful migrant smuggling or fraudulent immigration arrangements.

Users may not offer, request, advertise, arrange, buy, sell or facilitate prostitution, commercial sexual services, sexual acts exchanged for money or anything of value, escort services intended to facilitate prostitution, sexual exploitation, unlawful pornography, or disguised advertisements intended to facilitate any of these.

We maintain zero tolerance for child exploitation. Users may not post, upload, request, distribute, advertise, sell or facilitate child sexual abuse material, sexualised images of minors, child prostitution, child trafficking, grooming communications, the solicitation of minors for sexual purposes, exploitative child labour, or any content or activity that exploits or abuses a child. We may preserve evidence and report suspected child exploitation to the appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.

Users may not advertise, arrange or take part in forced labour, trafficking-based employment, unlawful recruitment, illegal child labour, fraudulent employment, jobs intended to facilitate crime, the unlawful confiscation of a worker's identity documents, or exploitative labour arrangements prohibited by law.

7. የተከለከሉ ተግባራት፦ ሕገ-ወጥ ዕቃዎች

አደንዛዥ ዕፆችና ቁጥጥር የሚደረግባቸው ንጥረ ነገሮች፦ ኮኬይን፣ ሄሮይን፣ ፌንታኒል፣ ሜታምፌታሚን፣ ሕገ-ወጥ ኦፒዮይድ፣ በተከለከለበት ቦታ የካናቢስ ውጤቶች፣ MDMA/ecstasy፣ ቅዠት አምጪ ዕፆች፣ ሕገ-ወጥ አነቃቂዎች፣ በሕገ-ወጥ መንገድ የተገኘ የሐኪም ትዕዛዝ መድኃኒት፣ የሐሰት መድኃኒት፣ ያለፈቃድ የሚሸጡ ቁጥጥር የሚደረግባቸው መድኃኒቶች፣ የዕፅ ማምረቻ ግብዓቶች፣ የተከለከሉ ኬሚካሎች፣ ወይም እንደ ምግብ፣ ተጨማሪ ምግብ ወይም የቤት ውስጥ ዕቃ ተመስለው የሚቀርቡ ንጥረ ነገሮች መሸጥ፣ መግዛት፣ ማምረት፣ ማጓጓዝ ወይም ማመቻቸት አይፈቀድም።

መሣሪያዎችና ፈንጂዎች፦ ሕገ-ወጥ የጦር መሣሪያ፣ ሕገ-ወጥ ጥይት፣ የተከለከሉ የመሣሪያ ክፍሎች፣ ፈንጂ፣ ቦምብ፣ ቦንብ፣ በእጅ የተሠራ ፈንጂ፣ አፈንጂ፣ የተከለከሉ መሣሪያዎች፣ የተዘረፈ የጦር ወይም የፖሊስ ቁሳቁስ፣ አደገኛ ባዮሎጂካል፣ ኬሚካላዊ ወይም ራዲዮአክቲቭ ቁሳቁስ፣ ወይም ለሕገ-ወጥ ጥቃት የሚያገለግል ማንኛውም ቁሳቁስ መሸጥ ወይም ማስተላለፍ የተከለከለ ነው።

የተሰረቀ ንብረት፦ የተሰረቀ ዕቃ፣ ከሱቅ የተዘረፈ ሸቀጥ፣ ቤት ሰብሮ የተወሰደ ንብረት፣ የተሰረቀ ተሽከርካሪ ወይም መለዋወጫ፣ የተሰረቀ ኤሌክትሮኒክስ፣ የተሰረቀ መታወቂያ፣ የተሰረቀ የክፍያ መረጃ፣ የተሰረቀ የስጦታ ካርድ፣ በማጭበርበር የተገኘ ንብረት፣ የወንጀል ገቢ ወይም ተጠቃሚው በሕገ-ወጥ መንገድ መገኘቱን የሚያውቀው ወይም ማወቅ የሚገባው ማንኛውም ንብረት ማስታወቅ፣ መሸጥ፣ መግዛት ወይም ማስተላለፍ አይፈቀድም።

የሐሰትና የቅጂ መብት የሚጥሱ ዕቃዎች፦ የሐሰት የምርት ስም ያላቸው ዕቃዎች፣ የሐሰት ዲዛይነር ሸቀጦች፣ የሐሰት ኤሌክትሮኒክስ፣ የሐሰት መድኃኒት፣ የተቀዳ ሶፍትዌር፣ ያለፈቃድ የሚሰራጩ ፊልሞች፣ ሙዚቃዎችና መጻሕፍት፣ የተሰረቁ የማንቃቻ ቁልፎች፣ ወይም የንግድ ምልክትን የሚጥሱ ዕቃዎች መሸጥ ወይም ማሰራጨት የተከለከለ ነው።

የሕክምና ውጤቶችና አገልግሎቶች፦ ፈቃድ የሚያስፈልጋቸው መድኃኒቶች፣ ቁጥጥር የሚደረግባቸው መድኃኒቶች፣ የሐሰት መድኃኒት፣ የተሰረቀ የሕክምና ቁሳቁስ፣ የተከለከሉ የሕክምና መሣሪያዎች፣ የሰው አካል ወይም ሕዋስ፣ የሐሰት የሕክምና ሰነድ፣ ፈቃድ የሌለው የሕክምና አገልግሎት ወይም የሐሰት ሕክምና በሕገ-ወጥ መንገድ ማስታወቅ፣ መሸጥ ወይም ማቅረብ አይፈቀድም።

አደገኛና ቁጥጥር የሚደረግባቸው ቁሳቁሶች፦ መርዛማ ኬሚካሎች፣ ራዲዮአክቲቭ ቁሳቁስ፣ የተከለከሉ ባዮሎጂካል ወኪሎች፣ ቁጥጥር የሚደረግባቸው ፀረ-ተባይ መድኃኒቶች፣ የኢንዱስትሪ መርዞች፣ አደገኛ ቆሻሻ፣ የፈንጂ ግብዓቶች ወይም በሕግ ቁጥጥር የሚደረግባቸው ሌሎች አደገኛ ቁሳቁሶች በሕገ-ወጥ መንገድ ማሰራጨት ወይም መሸጥ የተከለከለ ነው።

7. Prohibited Activities: Illegal and Restricted Goods

Drugs and controlled substances: users may not manufacture, grow, advertise, sell, buy, request, distribute, transport, finance or facilitate cocaine, heroin, fentanyl, methamphetamine, unlawfully distributed opioids, illegal cannabis products where prohibited, MDMA or ecstasy, hallucinogens, illegal stimulants, illegally obtained prescription medication, counterfeit medication, controlled substances sold without authorisation, drug-manufacturing materials, prohibited chemical precursors, or substances disguised as food, supplements, medicines or household products.

Weapons and explosives: users may not unlawfully sell, buy, advertise, transfer, transport or facilitate transactions involving illegal firearms, unlawfully sold ammunition, prohibited firearm components, explosives, bombs, grenades, improvised explosive devices, detonators, prohibited weapons, stolen military or police equipment, prohibited biological, chemical or radiological materials, or anything intended to facilitate unlawful violence.

Stolen property: users may not advertise, sell, buy, request, receive, transfer or facilitate stolen goods, shoplifted merchandise, burglarised property, stolen vehicles or vehicle parts, stolen electronics, stolen identity documents, stolen payment information, stolen gift cards, property obtained through fraud, criminal proceeds, or any property a user knows or reasonably should know was unlawfully obtained.

Counterfeit and infringing goods: users may not advertise, sell, distribute or facilitate counterfeit branded or designer products, fake electronics, counterfeit medicine, pirated software, unauthorised films, music or books, stolen activation keys, or any goods that unlawfully infringe intellectual-property rights.

Medical products and services: users may not unlawfully advertise, sell, buy, prescribe, distribute or facilitate prescription medicines requiring authorisation, controlled medication, counterfeit medicine, stolen medical supplies, prohibited medical devices, human organs or tissue, fraudulent medical documents, unlicensed medical services, or fraudulent treatments and cures.

Hazardous and restricted materials: users may not unlawfully advertise, distribute, transport, sell or request toxic chemicals, radioactive materials, prohibited biological agents, restricted pesticides, industrial poisons, hazardous waste, explosives precursors, or other hazardous materials restricted by law.

Age-restricted products: users may not unlawfully sell or distribute alcohol, tobacco, cigarettes, vaping products, nicotine products or other regulated goods. We may impose restrictions beyond the legal minimum where necessary for safety, compliance or payment processing.

Wildlife and environmental crime: users may not unlawfully buy, sell, advertise, transport or facilitate endangered species, protected wildlife, illegally harvested animals, prohibited ivory, illegally obtained animal parts, protected plants, illegally harvested timber, protected natural resources, or looted cultural heritage.

8. የተከለከሉ ተግባራት፦ የገንዘብ ወንጀልና ማጭበርበር

ገንዘብ ማጠብ፦ መድረኩ ገንዘብ ለማጠብ፣ ለሽብርተኝነት ገንዘብ ለማቅረብ፣ የወንጀል ገቢን ለመደበቅ፣ የሪፖርት ግዴታን ለማምለጥ ግብይትን ለመከፋፈል፣ ያለፈቃድ ገንዘብ ለማስተላለፍ፣ ለሐሰተኛ የፋይናንስ አገልግሎት፣ ለኢንቨስትመንት ማጭበርበሪያ፣ ለፒራሚድና ለፖንዚ ዕቅዶች፣ ለሐሰተኛ ክሪፕቶ ግብይት፣ ለሕገ-ወጥ ብድር፣ ለሐሰት ብድር፣ ያለፈቃድ ለምንዛሪ ልውውጥ፣ ግብር በሕገ-ወጥ መንገድ ለማምለጥ፣ ለሐሰት ደረሰኝ ወይም የገንዘብን ምንጭና እንቅስቃሴ ለመደበቅ ለተዘጋጀ ግብይት መዋል የለበትም።

ማጭበርበር፦ የገዢ ወይም የሻጭ ማጭበርበር፣ የሐሰት ማስታወቂያ፣ የሌለ ዕቃ ወይም አገልግሎት፣ አስቀድሞ ክፍያ የሚጠይቅ ማጭበርበር፣ የሌላ ሰውን ማንነት መጠቀም፣ የማንነት ስርቆት፣ ፊሺንግ፣ የመለያ ቁጥጥር መንጠቅ፣ የካርድና የባንክ ማጭበርበር፣ የቼክ ማጭበርበር፣ የተመላሽ ገንዘብ ማጭበርበር፣ የኢንሹራንስ ማጭበርበር፣ የሥራ ማጭበርበር፣ የስደት ማጭበርበር፣ የፍቅር ማጭበርበር፣ የሐሰት የበጎ አድራጎት ዘመቻ፣ የሐሰት ደረሰኝ፣ የተጭበረበረ ሰነድ፣ የሐሰት የሙያ ማስረጃ ወይም ፈቃድ፣ የተጭበረበረ ግምገማ፣ ሆን ተብሎ አሳሳች የሆነ የምርት መግለጫ፣ እንዲሁም ገንዘብን፣ ንብረትን፣ አገልግሎትን ወይም የግል መረጃን በማታለል ማግኘት ፈጽሞ የተከለከለ ነው።

ጉቦ፣ ሙስናና ዛቻ፦ ጉቦ ማቅረብ ወይም መጠየቅ፣ ኮሚሽን በሕገ-ወጥ መንገድ ማቀናበር፣ ሙስናን ማመቻቸት፣ ባለስልጣናትን በሕገ-ወጥ መንገድ ማግባባት፣ ማስገደድ፣ ማስፈራራት፣ ጉዳት የሚያደርስ መረጃን ላለማውጣት ክፍያ መጠየቅ፣ ጨረታን በሕገ-ወጥ መንገድ ማዛባት ወይም የመንግሥት ወይም የግል ኃላፊነትን አላግባብ መጠቀም አይፈቀድም።

8. Prohibited Activities: Financial Crime and Fraud

Money laundering: the platform must not be used for money laundering, terrorist financing, concealment of criminal proceeds, structuring transactions to evade reporting requirements, unauthorised money transmission, fraudulent financial services, investment scams, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, fraudulent cryptocurrency transactions, illegal lending, fake loans, unauthorised currency exchange, unlawful tax evasion, fraudulent invoices, sham transactions, or any transaction designed to disguise the origin, ownership, movement or destination of criminal proceeds.

Fraud and deception: consumer, seller and buyer fraud, fake listings, non-existent goods or services, advance-fee scams, impersonation, identity theft, phishing, account takeover, payment-card fraud, bank fraud, cheque fraud, refund and chargeback fraud, insurance fraud, employment scams, immigration scams, romance scams, investment scams, fake charity campaigns, fraudulent invoices, forged documents, falsified qualifications or professional licences, manipulated reviews and ratings, deliberately deceptive product descriptions, and obtaining money, property, services or personal information through deception are all prohibited.

Bribery, corruption and extortion: users may not offer or request bribes, arrange kickbacks, facilitate corruption, unlawfully influence officials, commit extortion or blackmail, threaten another person for financial gain, demand payment to conceal damaging information, manipulate bidding unlawfully, or facilitate the abuse of public or private office.

Gambling: users may not unlawfully advertise, operate, organise, collect payment for or provide gambling, sports betting, wagering, lotteries, raffles, casino services, unlicensed gaming or other prohibited games of chance involving money or property.

ሳይበር ወንጀል፦ የጠለፋ (hacking) አገልግሎት፣ ተንኮል-አዘል ሶፍትዌር፣ ራንሰምዌር፣ ስፓይዌር፣ የፊሺንግ መሣሪያዎች፣ የይለፍ ቃል መስረቂያ አገልግሎት፣ የተሰረቁ የይለፍ ቃላትና የማረጋገጫ ቁልፎች፣ የተሰረቀ የክፍያ መረጃ፣ ቦትኔት፣ የDDoS አገልግሎት፣ ወደ ሥርዓቶች ወይም የመረጃ ቋቶች ያለፈቃድ መግባት፣ የግንኙነቶች ሕገ-ወጥ ጠለፋ ወይም የሶፍትዌር ክፍተቶችን ተንኮል-አዘል በሆነ መንገድ መጠቀም ማቅረብ፣ መሸጥ ወይም መጠየቅ የተከለከለ ነው።

ተጠቃሚዎች የእጅ በእጅ ገበያን ሥርዓት ወይም የሌላ ተጠቃሚን መለያ ለመጥለፍ፣ ለማወክ፣ ለመመርመር፣ ከአቅም በላይ ለመጫን፣ ለመጉዳት፣ ለማለፍ ወይም ያለፈቃድ ለመግባት መሞከር አይችሉም።

የሐሰት ሰነድና ማንነት፦ ፓስፖርት፣ ቪዛ፣ የመንጃ ፈቃድ፣ ብሔራዊ መታወቂያ፣ የልደት ምስክር ወረቀት፣ የስደት ሰነዶች፣ የሥራ ፈቃድ፣ የትምህርት ማስረጃ፣ የሙያ ፈቃድ፣ የሕክምና መዝገብ፣ የኢንሹራንስ ምስክር ወረቀት፣ የንግድ ፈቃድ፣ የባንክ ሰነድ ወይም ሌሎች ኦፊሴላዊ ሰነዶችን በሕገ-ወጥ መንገድ መሥራት፣ መሸጥ፣ መግዛት፣ ማሻሻል ወይም መጠቀም ፈጽሞ የተከለከለ ነው።

የግል መረጃ ጥሰት፦ የባንክ መረጃ፣ የክሬዲት ካርድ መረጃ፣ የይለፍ ቃላት፣ የሕክምና መረጃ፣ የግል አድራሻ ወይም ስልክ ቁጥር፣ ሚስጥራዊ የቅጥር መዝገብ፣ በሕገ-ወጥ መንገድ የተገኘ የግል መረጃ ወይም ያለፈቃድ የተነሱ የግል ምስሎችን ማግኘት፣ ማሰራጨት፣ መሸጥ ወይም ማተም አይፈቀድም። ዶክሲንግ፣ ማሳደድና የግል መረጃን አላግባብ መጠቀም የተከለከሉ ናቸው።

9. Prohibited Activities: Cybercrime, Documents and Privacy

Cybercrime: users may not offer, buy, request, advertise, sell or facilitate hacking services, malware, ransomware, spyware, phishing tools, credential-stealing services, stolen passwords or authentication tokens, stolen payment information, botnets, denial-of-service services, unauthorised access to systems or databases, illegal interception of communications, or the malicious exploitation of software vulnerabilities.

Users may not attempt to hack, disrupt, probe, overload, damage, compromise, bypass or gain unauthorised access to Eji Be Eji Marketplace or to another user's account.

Forged documents and false identities: users may not unlawfully create, sell, buy, request, alter, distribute or use fraudulent passports, visas, driving licences, national identity cards, birth certificates, immigration documents, work permits, academic certificates, professional licences, medical records, insurance certificates, business licences, bank documents or other official identity documents.

Privacy violations and doxxing: users may not unlawfully obtain, distribute, request, sell or publish banking credentials, card details, passwords, medical information, private addresses or telephone numbers, confidential employment records, unlawfully obtained personal information, or non-consensual intimate images. Doxxing, stalking, unlawful surveillance and misuse of private information are prohibited.

Illegal surveillance: users may not offer, request, arrange, advertise or facilitate stalking, unlawful GPS tracking, hidden-camera surveillance where prohibited, unlawful interception of communications, the installation of spyware, unauthorised acquisition of private records, harassment or intimidation.

10. የተከለከሉ ተግባራት፦ ሽብርተኝነት፣ ጥቃትና ሌሎች ሕገ-ወጥ አገልግሎቶች

ሽብርተኝነትና የተደራጀ ወንጀል፦ ለሽብርተኝነት ገንዘብ ማቅረብ፣ ለሽብር ድርጅቶች መመልመል፣ የሽብር ተግባርን ማስተባበር፣ ለሽብር ሥራ ግብዓት ማግኘት፣ ለተከለከሉ ድርጅቶች ገንዘብ ማሰባሰብ፣ ለተደራጁ የወንጀል ቡድኖች መመልመል፣ የወንጀል ድርጅቶችን ማስተባበር፣ ግድያ ወይም ጥቃት ማዘዝ፣ የጥቃት ወንጀሎችን ማቀናበር፣ ወንጀል እንዲፈጽሙ ሰዎችን መቅጠር ወይም ተዓማኒ የሆነ የጥቃት ማስፈራሪያ ማድረስ ፈጽሞ የተከለከለ ነው።

ጥላቻን መሠረት ያደረገ ወንጀልና ማስፈራሪያ፦ ጥቃትን ማስፈራራት ወይም መጠየቅ፣ ሕገ-ወጥ ጥቃቶችን ማደራጀት፣ በግለሰቦች ወይም በቡድኖች ላይ የወንጀል ጥቃትን ማበረታታት፣ ተዓማኒ የሆነ የግድያ ማስፈራሪያ ማድረስ፣ በጥላቻ ላይ የተመሠረቱ ጥቃቶችን ማስተባበር ወይም የወንጀል ስደትን ማስፋፋት አይፈቀድም። ይህ በሕግ የተጠበቀ ሕጋዊ ውይይትን፣ ጋዜጠኝነትን፣ ታሪካዊ ትንታኔን ወይም ትምህርታዊ ይዘትን አይከለክልም።

ሕገ-ወጥ ማጓጓዝና ማድረስ፦ የመጓጓዣ፣ የማድረስ፣ የዕቃ ማዘዋወርና የጉልበት አገልግሎቶች አደንዛዥ ዕፅ፣ የተሰረቀ ንብረት፣ የተዘዋወሩ ሰዎች፣ ሕገ-ወጥ መሣሪያ፣ ኮንትሮባንድ ወይም አደገኛ ቁሳቁስ ለማጓጓዝ ማወቅ እያሉ መዋል የለባቸውም። ሕገ-ወጥ ማጓጓዝን እንደ ተራ የመኪና ማዘዋወር ወይም የማድረስ አገልግሎት መሸፋፈን የተከለከለ ነው።

ሌሎች ሕገ-ወጥ አገልግሎቶች፦ ስርቆት፣ ቤት ሰብሮ መግባት፣ ንብረት ማውደም፣ ያለፈቃድ መግባት፣ ሰበታዥ ተግባር፣ ጥቃት፣ ትንኮሳ፣ ማስፈራራት፣ ሕገ-ወጥ የዕዳ አሰባሰብ፣ ማስረጃ ማጥፋት፣ የፍትሕ ሂደትን ማደናቀፍ፣ ከሕግ አስከባሪ መሸሽ፣ ምስክርን ማስፈራራት፣ የሐሰት ሰነድ ማዘጋጀት፣ የወንጀል ክትትል ወይም የወንጀል ተግባርን መደበቅን የሚያካትት ማንኛውም አገልግሎት ማቅረብ ወይም መጠየቅ አይፈቀድም።

10. Prohibited Activities: Terrorism, Violence and Other Illegal Services

Terrorism and organised crime: the platform may not be used to finance terrorism, recruit for terrorist organisations, coordinate terrorist activity, obtain resources for terrorist operations, raise funds for prohibited organisations, recruit for or coordinate organised criminal groups, solicit murder or assault, arrange violent criminal acts, hire people to commit crimes, or make credible threats of violence.

Hate-based criminal conduct and threats: users may not threaten or solicit violence, organise unlawful attacks, encourage criminal violence against individuals or groups, make credible death threats, coordinate hate-based attacks or promote criminal persecution. This does not prohibit lawful discussion, journalism, historical analysis, education or legitimate expression protected by law.

Illegal transport and delivery: moving, delivery, courier, transport and labour services may not knowingly be used to carry illegal drugs, stolen property, trafficked persons, unlawfully possessed weapons, contraband or unlawfully transported hazardous material. Users may not disguise an illegal transport request as an ordinary moving or delivery job.

Other illegal services: users may not offer, request, arrange or facilitate services involving theft, burglary, vandalism, unlawful trespass, sabotage, assault, harassment, intimidation, unlawful debt collection, destruction of evidence, obstruction of justice, evasion of law enforcement, witness intimidation, fraudulent document preparation, criminal surveillance, concealment of criminal activity, or any other service whose purpose is to break the law.

11. የተሰረቁና ሕገ-ወጥ ዕቃዎችን የመሸጥ ክልከላ

ፍጹም ክልከላ፦ በተሰረቀ፣ በተዘረፈ፣ በሐሰተኛ ወይም በሕገ-ወጥ መንገድ በተገኘ ማንኛውም ንብረት በ«እጅ በእጅ ገበያ» ላይ መገበያየት፣ ማስታወቂያ ማውጣት ወይም መሸጥ በፍጹም የተከለከለ ነው።

የሕግ ተጠያቂነት፦ በኢፌዴሪ የወንጀል ሕግ (አዋጅ ቁጥር 414/1997) መሠረት የተሰረቀ ንብረት መሸጥ፣ መግዛት፣ ማስተላለፍ ወይም እያወቁ ማከማቸት በወንጀል የሚያስጠይቅ ድርጊት ነው። በስርዓታችን ላይ የተሰረቀ ዕቃ ለሽያጭ ያቀረበ ማንኛውም ተጠቃሚ በሕግ ፊት ሙሉ በሙሉ ተጠያቂ ይሆናል።

የመድረኩ መብት እና እርምጃዎች፦ ሕገ-ወጥ ድርጊት ከተፈጸመ «እጅ በእጅ ገበያ» የሚከተሉትን እርምጃዎች የመውሰድ ሙሉ መብት አለው፦

• የተጠረጠሩ ማስታወቂያዎችን ያለቅድመ ማስታወቂያ ወዲያውኑ ማገድና ማስወገድ።

• የደንበኛውን አካውንት በዘላቂነት መዝጋት (Permanent Ban) እና ስልክ ቁጥሩን ማገድ።

• የተጠቃሚውን ማንነት፣ የስልክ ቁጥር፣ የቻት መረጃዎች እና የአይፒ (IP Address) መዝገብ ለኢትዮጵያ ፖሊስ እና ለሕግ አስከባሪ አካላት አሳልፎ መስጠት።

የባለቤትነት ማረጋገጫ ግዴታ፦ ገዢዎችና ሻጮች የዕቃውን ባለቤትነት የሚያረጋግጥ ሕጋዊ ደረሰኝ ወይም ማረጋገጫ የማቅረብና የመጠየቅ ኃላፊነት አለባቸው። መድረካችን ተጠቃሚዎችን የሚያገናኝ በመሆኑ፣ በሁለቱ ወገኖች መካከል ለሚደረግ ሕገ-ወጥ ግብይት ምንም ዓይነት የሕግ ወይም የገንዘብ ተጠያቂነት አይወስድም።

11. Prohibition of Stolen Goods & Illegal Trade

Strict zero-tolerance policy: the listing, advertising, or selling of stolen, looted, fraudulent, or unlawfully acquired property on Eji Be Eji Marketplace is strictly prohibited.

Compliance with Ethiopian criminal law: pursuant to the Criminal Code of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (Proclamation No. 414/2004), dealing, handling, receiving, or facilitating the trade of stolen property constitutes a severe criminal offense. Any user who lists stolen items assumes full individual criminal and financial liability under Ethiopian jurisdiction.

Enforcement actions and account termination: upon detection or notification of fraudulent or stolen goods, the platform reserves the immediate right to:

• Instantly remove flagged listings without prior notice.

• Permanently terminate and blacklist the user's account and phone number.

• Fully cooperate with the Ethiopian Federal Police and law enforcement authorities by disclosing identity details, transaction logs, chat histories, and IP records.

Proof of ownership and limitation of liability: sellers must be prepared to provide authentic proof of purchase, legal title, or ownership documents upon request. Eji Be Eji Marketplace operates solely as a digital venue and expressly disclaims all liability for illicit transactions conducted between users.

12. የተከለከሉ ዕቃዎችና ድርጊቶች

የሚከተሉትን መለጠፍ የተከለከለ ነው፦ የጦር መሣሪያ፣ ጥይትና ፈንጂ፤ አደንዛዥ ዕፅና ሕገ-ወጥ መድኃኒት፤ የሰው አካል ወይም ደም፤ የዱር እንስሳት ውጤቶችና የዝሆን ጥርስ፤ የተዘረፉ የባህል ቅርሶች፤ የሐሰት ገንዘብ፣ የሐሰት ሰነድ ወይም የሐሰት መታወቂያ፤ የተመዘበሩ የባንክ ካርዶች ወይም መለያዎች፤ የሰው ዝውውር ወይም የወሲብ አገልግሎት፤ የተከለከሉ የፋይናንስ አገልግሎቶችና የፒራሚድ ዕቅዶች፤ በቅጂ መብት የተጠበቁ ሥራዎችን ያለፈቃድ መሸጥ።

እንዲሁም የተከለከለ ነው፦ የሐሰት ወይም አሳሳች ማስታወቂያ መለጠፍ፤ የሌላ ሰውን ማንነት መጠቀም፤ ስፓም መላክ፤ ሌሎች ተጠቃሚዎችን ማስፈራራት ወይም ማጥቃት፤ የመድረኩን ሥርዓት ለመጣስ መሞከር፤ የሌሎችን የግል መረጃ መሰብሰብ ወይም ማሰራጨት፤ የገጹን መረጃ በራስ-ሰር መቅዳት (scraping)።

12. Prohibited Items and Conduct

The following may not be listed: weapons, ammunition and explosives; narcotics and illegal drugs; human organs or blood; wildlife products and ivory; looted cultural heritage; counterfeit currency, forged documents or fake identification; stolen bank cards or accounts; human trafficking or sexual services; prohibited financial schemes and pyramid schemes; unlicensed sale of copyrighted works.

Also prohibited: posting false or misleading listings; impersonating another person; sending spam; threatening or harassing other users; attempting to breach platform security; harvesting or publishing other people's personal data; automated scraping of the site.

13. ደንቡን ለማምለጥ መሞከር

13. No Evasion or Circumvention

Users may not attempt to evade these rules by deliberately misspelling prohibited items, using slang or code words, disguising content with emojis or images, placing prohibited goods in unrelated categories, asking someone else to post the listing, directing users to another website or app, exchanging contact details to complete an illegal transaction elsewhere, opening another account after suspension, using another person's account, using a false identity, disguising illegal transactions as gifts, donations or consulting, splitting one illegal transaction into several apparently legitimate ones, or moving an illegal transaction off the platform after meeting here.

Circumvention is itself a violation.

14. ገዢዎችም ሻጮችም በእኩል ተጠያቂ ናቸው

እነዚህ ደንቦች ለገዢዎች፣ ለሻጮች፣ ለአገልግሎት ሰጪዎች፣ ለደንበኞች፣ ለንግድ ድርጅቶች፣ ለማስታወቂያ ሰጪዎች፣ ለሠራተኞች፣ ለቀጣሪዎች፣ ለድርጅቶች፣ ለግለሰቦችና በሌላ ሰው ስም ለሚሠሩ ሁሉ በእኩል ተፈጻሚ ናቸው።

የተከለከለ ዕቃ ወይም አገልግሎት የሚጠይቅ፣ የሚፈልግ፣ የሚገዛ ወይም ለመግዛት የሚሞክር ሰው ግብይቱ ባይጠናቀቅም እንኳ ደንቡን ጥሷል።

እንዲሁም የተከለከለ ዕቃ ወይም አገልግሎት የሚሸጥ፣ የሚያቀርብ፣ የሚያስታውቅ፣ የሚያቀናብር፣ የሚያጓጉዝ ወይም የሚያመቻች ሰው ደንቡን ጥሷል። የሁለቱም ወገኖች ላይ እርምጃ ሊወሰድ ይችላል።

14. Buyers, Sellers and Providers Are All Covered

These rules apply equally to buyers, sellers, service providers, customers, businesses, advertisers, workers, employers, organisations, individuals and anyone acting on someone else's behalf.

A person who requests, searches for, solicits, buys or attempts to buy a prohibited product or service breaches these Terms even if nothing is ultimately purchased.

A person who sells, offers, advertises, arranges, provides, transports or facilitates a prohibited product or service also breaches these Terms. Both sides of a prohibited transaction may face enforcement.

15. መለያ እና የተጠቃሚ ግዴታዎች

አንድ ሰው አንድ መለያ ብቻ መያዝ አለበት፤ የስልክ ቁጥሩም የራሱ መሆን አለበት። የይለፍ ቃልዎን መጠበቅ የእርስዎ ኃላፊነት ነው፤ በመለያዎ ስር የሚደረግ ማንኛውም ድርጊት የእርስዎ ተጠያቂነት ነው።

የሚለጥፉት መረጃ ትክክለኛ፣ ወቅታዊ እና አሳሳች ያልሆነ መሆን አለበት። የሚሸጡት ዕቃ ሕጋዊ ባለቤት መሆንዎን ያረጋግጡ።

መለያዎ ከታገደ ወይም ከተዘጋ በኪስ ቦርሳዎ ውስጥ ያለ ቀሪ ሂሳብ እና የተከፈለባቸው ማስታወቂያዎች ሊሰረዙ ይችላሉ፤ ተመላሽ አይደረግም።

15. Accounts and User Obligations

One person may hold only one account, registered to a phone number they control. You are responsible for keeping your password secret, and for everything done through your account.

Information you post must be accurate, current and not misleading. You must be the lawful owner of anything you offer for sale.

If your account is suspended or terminated, any remaining wallet balance and any paid listings may be forfeited without refund.

16. ክፍያ፣ የኪስ ቦርሳ እና ተመላሽ

መደበኛ ማስታወቂያ መለጠፍ ነፃ ነው። ተጨማሪ ፎቶ፣ ቪዲዮ፣ ረጅም መግለጫ፣ የሥራ ማስታወቂያ እና የፕሪሚየም ቦታ የሚከፈልባቸው አገልግሎቶች ናቸው፤ ክፍያውም ከኪስ ቦርሳዎ ይቀነሳል።

ዋጋዎች በማንኛውም ጊዜ ያለቅድመ ማስታወቂያ ሊቀየሩ ይችላሉ። ይህ የአገልግሎት ክፍያዎችን፣ የነጻ ማስታወቂያ አካቶቹን፣ የማስታወቂያ ቆይታ ጊዜን፣ የምንዛሪ ተመኑን እና ዝቅተኛ የሂሳብ መሙያ መጠንን ያካትታል። ተፈጻሚ የሚሆነው ማስታወቂያውን በለጠፉበት ወይም ክፍያውን በፈጸሙበት ቅጽበት በመድረኩ ላይ የሚታየው ዋጋ ነው።

የነጻ ማስታወቂያ አካቶች (በአሁኑ ጊዜ 1 ፎቶ፣ እስከ 250 ፊደላት እና 15 ቀን ቆይታ) የማስተዋወቂያ ጊዜ አቅርቦት ናቸው። ይህን አቅርቦት በማንኛውም ጊዜ ያለቅድመ ማስታወቂያ የመቀነስ፣ የመቀየር ወይም የማቆም መብት አለን፤ ቀደም ብለው የተለጠፉ ማስታወቂያዎች እስከ ጊዜያቸው ማብቂያ ድረስ ይቀጥላሉ።

የተከፈለ የማስታወቂያ ክፍያ ተመላሽ አይደረግም። ማስታወቂያዎ በሞደሬሽን ከተከለከለ ወይም ደንብ በመጣሱ ከተወገደ ክፍያው አይመለስም።

የኪስ ቦርሳ ሂሳብ ገንዘብ አይደለም፤ ወለድ አያመጣም፤ ወደ ጥሬ ገንዘብ አይመነዘርም፤ ለሌላ ሰው አይተላለፍም።

ዋጋዎች በዶላር ተመዝግበው በተቀመጠው የምንዛሪ ተመን ወደ ብር ይለወጣሉ። የምንዛሪ ተመኑ ያለቅድመ ማስታወቂያ ሊስተካከል ይችላል።

እኛ በገዢና በሻጭ መካከል ለሚደረግ ክፍያ ምንም ተሳትፎ የለንም። ገንዘብ በእጅ፣ በባንክ ወይም በሞባይል ገንዘብ ሲተላለፍ አደጋው የእናንተ ብቻ ነው።

16. Payments, Wallet and Refunds

Standard listings are free. Extra photos, video, long descriptions, job postings and premium placement are paid features, charged to your prepaid wallet.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. This includes service fees, the free-listing allowance, listing duration, the exchange rate and the minimum top-up amount. The price that applies is the one displayed on the platform at the moment you publish the listing or make the payment.

The free-listing allowance (currently 1 photo, up to 250 characters and 15 days of visibility) is a promotional-period offer. We may reduce, change or withdraw it at any time without notice; listings already published keep their terms until they expire.

Listing fees are non-refundable. No refund is given if a listing is rejected in moderation or removed for breaching these Terms.

Wallet credit is not money: it earns no interest, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred to another person.

Prices are held in US dollars and converted to birr at the exchange rate published in the platform, which may be adjusted without prior notice.

We take no part in payments between a buyer and a seller. Money moved in cash, by bank or by mobile money is entirely at your own risk.

17. ይዘት፣ ሞደሬሽን እና የመድረኩ መብቶች

የለጠፉት ይዘት የእርስዎ ሆኖ ይቀጥላል። ነገር ግን በመድረኩ ላይ እንዲታይ፣ እንዲቀመጥ፣ እንዲታይ በሚያመች መጠን እንዲስተካከል እና በማስታወቂያ ውስጥ እንዲቀርብ ነፃ ፈቃድ ይሰጡናል።

ማንኛውንም ማስታወቂያ ያለምክንያት ማብራሪያ የመቀበል፣ የመከልከል፣ የማስተካከል ወይም የማስወገድ ሙሉ መብት አለን።

17. Content, Moderation and Platform Rights

Content you post remains yours. You grant us a free licence to display, store, resize and promote it within the platform and its advertising.

We may accept, reject, edit or remove any listing at our sole discretion and without giving a reason.

Listings expire (currently after 15 days for free listings and 30 days for paid listings), are then removed from public view, and their media may be permanently deleted. These durations may change without notice.

18. የመድረኩ እርምጃ

እጅ በእጅ ገበያ አንድ ተጠቃሚ እነዚህን ውሎች እንደጣሰ፣ ለመጣስ እንደሞከረ፣ የተከለከለ ተግባርን እንዳመቻቸ ወይም በተጠቃሚዎችና በመድረኩ ላይ ከፍተኛ አደጋ እንደፈጠረ ምክንያታዊ እምነት ካለው የሚከተሉትን እርምጃዎች ሊወስድ ይችላል፦

ማስታወቂያን አለመቀበል ወይም ማስወገድ፤ ይዘትን ማጥፋት፤ ግንኙነትን ማገድ፤ ግብይትን ማቆም፤ የመለያ ተግባራትን መገደብ፤ መለያን ለጊዜው ማገድ፤ መለያን በቋሚነት መዝጋት፤ በቴክኒክና በሕግ በሚቻልበት መጠን ምትክ መለያ እንዳይከፈት መከላከል፤ ተያያዥ መለያዎችን መገደብ፤ መዝገቦችን መጠበቅ፤ አጠራጣሪ አጠቃቀምን መመርመር፤ ከክፍያ አገልግሎት ሰጪዎች ጋር መተባበር፤ ሕጋዊ ጥያቄዎችን መመለስ፤ በሕግ ሲፈቀድ ወይም ሲጠየቅ የተጠረጠረ ሕገ-ወጥ ተግባርን ማሳወቅ፤ እንዲሁም ከሕግ አስከባሪና ከቁጥጥር አካላት ጋር መተባበር።

ማጭበርበርን፣ ጥቃትን፣ የደህንነት ስጋትን፣ አፋጣኝ አደጋን ወይም ከባድ ሕገ-ወጥ ተግባርን ለመከላከል አስፈላጊ ሆኖ ሲገኝ በሕጉ መሠረት ቅድመ ማስታወቂያ ሳይሰጥ እርምጃ ልንወስድ እንችላለን።

18. Platform Enforcement

If we reasonably believe a user has breached these Terms, attempted to breach them, facilitated prohibited activity or created a material risk to users or to the platform, we may take action including:

rejecting or removing a listing; removing content; blocking communications; blocking a transaction; restricting functionality; temporarily suspending an account; permanently terminating an account; preventing the creation of replacement accounts where technically and legally appropriate; restricting related accounts; preserving records; investigating suspicious use; cooperating with payment processors and service providers; responding to lawful legal process; reporting suspected illegal activity where required or permitted; and cooperating with law-enforcement, regulatory and governmental authorities.

We may act without prior notice where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risks, imminent danger or other serious violations, subject to applicable law.

19. ለከባድ ጥሰቶች ቋሚ እገዳ

እጅ በእጅ ገበያ በሕጉ መሠረት፣ መድረኩን ለከባድ ሕገ-ወጥ ተግባር ሆን ብሎ የተጠቀመ ወይም ለመጠቀም የሞከረ ግለሰብ ወይም ድርጅት በቋሚነት የማገድ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።

ከባድ ጥሰቶች የሚከተሉትን ያካትታሉ፦ የሰው ዝውውር፤ የሕፃናት ብዝበዛ፤ ወሲባዊ ብዝበዛ፤ ሽብርተኝነት፤ ገንዘብ ማጠብ፤ የአደንዛዥ ዕፅ ዝውውር፤ የተደራጀ ወንጀል፤ ከባድ ማጭበርበር፤ ሕገ-ወጥ የመሣሪያ ግብይት፤ የጥቃት ወንጀል፤ ሳይበር ወንጀል፤ የተሰረቀ ንብረት መሸጥ፤ ወይም ተደጋጋሚ ሆን ተብሎ የሚፈጸም ጥሰት።

በቋሚነት የታገደ ተጠቃሚ አዲስ መለያ በመክፈት፣ የሌላ ሰውን መለያ በመጠቀም፣ በሐሰት ማንነት በመመዝገብ፣ ሌላ ሰው በስሙ እንዲሠራ በማድረግ ወይም የድርጅት መለያ በመጠቀም እገዳውን ማምለጥ አይችልም።

19. Permanent Ban for Serious Violations

Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right to permanently ban any person or organisation that knowingly uses or attempts to use the platform for serious prohibited or illegal activity.

Serious violations include human trafficking, child exploitation, sexual exploitation, terrorism, money laundering, illegal drug trafficking, organised crime, serious fraud, illegal weapons transactions, violent crime, cybercrime, the sale of stolen property, and repeated intentional violations.

A permanently banned user may not evade the ban by creating another account, using another person's account, registering under a false identity, directing someone else to act on their behalf, or using an organisation or business account.

21. የግል መረጃ እና ለሕግ አካላት መስጠት

የስልክ ቁጥር፣ የመለያ መረጃ፣ የውይይት መዝገብ፣ የክፍያ እንቅስቃሴ እና የአይፒ አድራሻ እንሰበስባለን። ይህም አገልግሎቱን ለመስጠት፣ ማጭበርበርን ለመከላከል እና ሕግን ለማክበር ነው።

የወንጀል ጥርጣሬ ሲኖር ወይም ሕጋዊ ጥያቄ ሲቀርብ ይህን መረጃ ለኢትዮጵያ ፖሊስ እና ለሕግ አስከባሪ አካላት አሳልፈን እንሰጣለን።

የስልክ ቁጥርዎ በማስታወቂያዎ ላይ ለሌሎች ተጠቃሚዎች ይታያል፤ ይህም እርስዎ በፈቃደኝነት የመረጡት ነው።

21. Personal Data and Disclosure to Authorities

We collect phone numbers, account details, chat logs, payment activity and IP addresses in order to run the service, prevent fraud and comply with the law.

Where criminal conduct is suspected or a lawful request is received, we will disclose that information to the Ethiopian Federal Police and other law enforcement authorities.

Your phone number is shown to other users on your listing; publishing it is your own choice.

22. አደገኛ ወይም ሕገ-ወጥ ተግባርን ማሳወቅ

ተጠቃሚዎች አጠራጣሪ፣ አጭበርባሪ፣ በዝባዥ፣ አደገኛ ወይም የተከለከለ ተግባርን በመድረኩ የማሳወቂያ አገልግሎት እንዲያሳውቁ እናበረታታለን።

ማሳወቅ የሚቻለው፦ አጠራጣሪ ማስታወቂያዎችን፤ ማጭበርበርን፤ ሕገ-ወጥ ዕቃዎችን፤ የተከለከሉ አገልግሎቶችን፤ ማስፈራሪያዎችን፤ የሰው ዝውውር ስጋቶችን፤ የሕፃናት ደህንነት ስጋቶችን፤ የተሰረቀ ንብረትን፤ የሐሰት መለያዎችን ወይም ሌላ አደገኛ ተግባርን ነው።

አንድ ሰው በአስቸኳይ አደጋ ላይ የሚመስል ከሆነ፣ በእጅ በእጅ ገበያ ማሳወቂያ ላይ ብቻ ከመተማመን ይልቅ ወዲያውኑ ፖሊስን ወይም የሚመለከተውን የአደጋ ጊዜ አገልግሎት ያነጋግሩ።

22. Reporting Dangerous or Illegal Activity

Users are encouraged to report suspicious, fraudulent, exploitative, dangerous or prohibited activity through the platform's reporting tools.

Reports may cover suspicious listings, scams, illegal goods, prohibited services, threats, trafficking concerns, child-safety concerns, stolen property, fraudulent accounts or other dangerous activity.

Where a person appears to be in immediate danger, contact the police or the appropriate emergency service directly rather than relying solely on a report submitted to us.

23. ማረጋገጫ ወይም ዋስትና አለመስጠት

አንድ ተጠቃሚ፣ ንግድ፣ ምርት፣ አገልግሎት፣ መገለጫ፣ ማስታወቂያ ወይም ማስታወቂያ በእጅ በእጅ ገበያ ላይ መገኘቱ ብቻ እኛ ያንን ሰው ወይም ንግድ እንደምንደግፍ፣ ምርቱን ወይም አገልግሎቱን እንደምናረጋግጥ፣ ሕጋዊነቱን፣ ጥራቱን፣ ደህንነቱን፣ ማንነቱን፣ ብቃቱን፣ ፈቃዱን፣ ኢንሹራንሱን ወይም የሕግ ተገዢነቱን ዋስትና እንደምንሰጥ ወይም ለተጠቃሚው ድርጊት ኃላፊነት እንደምንወስድ አያመለክትም።

እያንዳንዱ ተጠቃሚ ተገቢውን ማጣራት የማድረግና የታሰበው ግብይት ሕጋዊና ተገቢ መሆኑን የመወሰን ኃላፊነት አለበት።

23. No Endorsement or Guarantee

The presence of a user, business, product, service, profile, advertisement or listing on Eji Be Eji Marketplace does not by itself mean that we endorse that person or business, endorse the product or service, or guarantee its legality, quality, safety, identity, qualifications, licences, insurance or regulatory compliance, nor that we assume responsibility for the user's conduct.

Each user remains responsible for carrying out appropriate due diligence and for deciding whether a proposed transaction is lawful and appropriate.

24. ምንም ትዕግስት የሌላቸው ተግባራት

እጅ በእጅ ገበያ በሚከተሉት ላይ ምንም ዓይነት ትዕግስት የለውም፦ የሰው ዝውውር • የሕፃናት ብዝበዛ • ወሲባዊ ብዝበዛ • ሽብርተኝነት • ገንዘብ ማጠብ • ሕገ-ወጥ አደንዛዥ ዕፅ • የጥቃት ወንጀል • ከባድ ማጭበርበር • የተሰረቀ ንብረት • ሕገ-ወጥ መሣሪያ • ሳይበር ወንጀል።

እነዚህን ተግባራት የፈጸመ፣ ለመፈጸም የሞከረ፣ የጠየቀ፣ ያስታወቀ፣ የገዛ፣ የሸጠ፣ ገንዘብ ያቀረበ፣ ያመቻቸ ወይም ማወቅ እያለ የረዳ ተጠቃሚ ወዲያውኑ ሊታገድ ወይም በቋሚነት ሊዘጋ ይችላል።

አስፈላጊ ሆኖ ሲገኝ ወይም በሕግ ሲጠየቅ፣ ተግባሩ ለመንግሥት፣ ለቁጥጥር ወይም ለሕግ አስከባሪ አካላት ሊገለጽ ይችላል።

24. Zero-Tolerance Activities

We maintain particularly strict standards concerning human trafficking, child exploitation, sexual exploitation, terrorism, money laundering, illegal drugs, violent crime, serious fraud, stolen property, illegal weapons and cybercrime.

Users who engage in, attempt, request, solicit, advertise, buy, sell, finance, facilitate or knowingly assist such conduct may be immediately suspended or permanently banned.

Where appropriate or legally required, the activity may also be reported to government, regulatory or law-enforcement authorities.

25. የኃላፊነት ገደብ

አገልግሎቱ «እንዳለ» (as is) የሚቀርብ ሲሆን፣ ያለማቋረጥ እንደሚሰራ፣ ስህተት እንደሌለው ወይም ለተወሰነ ዓላማ እንደሚያገለግል ምንም ዓይነት ዋስትና አንሰጥም።

በሕግ በተፈቀደው ከፍተኛ መጠን፣ «እጅ በእጅ ገበያ»፣ ባለቤቶቹ፣ ሠራተኞቹና አጋሮቹ ለማንኛውም ቀጥተኛ፣ ቀጥተኛ ያልሆነ፣ አጋጣሚ ወይም ተከታይ ጉዳት፣ የትርፍ ማጣት፣ የመረጃ መጥፋት ወይም የስም መጥፋት ተጠያቂ አይሆኑም።

በማንኛውም ሁኔታ አጠቃላይ ተጠያቂነታችን ባለፉት 12 ወራት ውስጥ ለመድረኩ ከከፈሉት ገንዘብ ወይም ከ2,000 (ሁለት ሺህ) ብር፣ ከሁለቱ ባነሰው መጠን ብቻ የተወሰነ ነው።

አንዳንድ ሕጎች የተወሰኑ ዋስትናዎችን ማግለል ስለማይፈቅዱ፣ እነዚህ ገደቦች በሕግ በተፈቀደው መጠን ብቻ ተፈጻሚ ይሆናሉ።

25. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is", with no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eji Be Eji Marketplace, its owners, staff and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of data, or reputational harm.

In all cases our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to the platform in the preceding 12 months, or 2,000 (two thousand) Ethiopian birr, whichever is lower.

Some laws do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so these limits apply only to the extent permitted by law.

26. የካሳ ግዴታ

እርስዎ በለጠፉት ይዘት፣ ባደረጉት ግብይት ወይም እነዚህን ውሎች በመጣስዎ ምክንያት በእኛ ላይ ክስ፣ ጥያቄ፣ ቅጣት ወይም ወጪ ቢመጣ፣ እርስዎ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሸፈን ግዴታ አለብዎት፤ የጠበቃ ወጪንም ይጨምራል።

26. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, demand, penalty or cost, including legal fees, arising from your content, your transactions, or your breach of these Terms.

27. የሚመራበት ሕግ እና የዳኝነት ስልጣን

እነዚህ ውሎች በኢትዮጵያ ፌዴራላዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ ሕግ ይመራሉ። ማንኛውም አለመግባባት በአዲስ አበባ ባሉ ብቃት ባላቸው የኢትዮጵያ ፍርድ ቤቶች ይታያል።

ከእነዚህ ውሎች ውስጥ አንዱ አንቀጽ በሕግ ተፈጻሚ ሊሆን ካልቻለ፣ የቀሩት አንቀጾች በሙሉ ኃይል ይቀጥላሉ።

27. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any dispute shall be heard by the competent Ethiopian courts sitting in Addis Ababa.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
