Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and who sees it. In short: only what the service needs, we do not sell it, and we hold neither card details nor ID photographs.

What we collect

የምንሰበስበው መረጃ

  • Phone number: to verify your account and so buyers can call you. It appears on your listing, which is your own choice.
  • Account details: name, username and email if you give one.
  • Telegram account id: used only to verify your phone. We do not read your messages.
  • What you post: listing text, photos, videos and messages sent inside the platform.
  • Payment activity: top-up amounts and the transaction reference you enter. We never hold card details.
  • Technical data: IP address and device type, to prevent fraud.
  • ስልክ ቁጥር፦ መለያዎን ለማረጋገጥ እና ገዢዎች እንዲደውሉልዎ። በማስታወቂያዎ ላይ ይታያል፤ ይህም እርስዎ የመረጡት ነው።
  • የመለያ መረጃ፦ ስም፣ የተጠቃሚ ስም እና (ካስገቡ) ኢሜይል።

  • ቴክኒካዊ መረጃ፦ የአይፒ አድራሻ እና የመሣሪያ አይነት፤ ማጭበርበርን ለመከላከል።

What we do not collect

የማንሰበስበው

  • No card numbers and no payment credentials. Payment happens directly through telebirr or a bank.
  • No ID photographs and no ID numbers. Where identity is verified, the check happens inside the national ID system and only the result is recorded.
  • No GPS or location tracking.
  • የባንክ ካርድ ቁጥር ወይም የክፍያ ማስረጃ አንይዝም። ክፍያ በቀጥታ በtelebirr ወይም በባንክ ይፈጸማል።
  • የመታወቂያ ፎቶ ወይም የመታወቂያ ቁጥር አናከማችም። ማንነት ማረጋገጫ ሲኖር በብሔራዊ መታወቂያ ሥርዓት ውስጥ ተፈጽሞ ውጤቱ ብቻ ይመዘገባል።
  • የአካባቢ (GPS) መረጃ አንከታተልም።

Who we share it with

ለማን እንደምናጋራው

  • Your phone number is visible to anyone who opens your listing. If you would rather it were not, use the in-platform chat instead.
  • When your listing is posted to our Telegram channel, its title, price, area and photo go with it.
  • Where criminal conduct is suspected or a lawful request is received, we pass information to law enforcement.
  • We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
  • ስልክ ቁጥርዎ በማስታወቂያዎ ላይ ለሚያዩት ሁሉ ይታያል። ካልፈለጉ በመድረኩ ውይይት ብቻ ይጠቀሙ።
  • ማስታወቂያዎን ወደ ቴሌግራም ቻናላችን ስንለጥፍ ርዕሱ፣ ዋጋው፣ አካባቢውና ፎቶው ይታያሉ።
  • የወንጀል ጥርጣሬ ሲኖር ወይም ሕጋዊ ጥያቄ ሲቀርብ መረጃውን ለሕግ አስከባሪ አካላት እናስተላልፋለን።
  • መረጃዎን ለማንም አንሸጥም፤ ለማስታወቂያ ኩባንያዎችም አናጋራም።

Signing in with Google

በGoogle መግባት

  • When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture, and nothing else. We never see your password.
  • Linking a Google account is optional. It exists so you can recover your account if you lose your phone number.
  • You can disconnect it at any time from your account page.
  • በGoogle ሲገቡ ስምዎን፣ ኢሜይልዎን እና የመገለጫ ፎቶዎን ብቻ እንቀበላለን። የይለፍ ቃልዎን ፈጽሞ አናይም።

Your choices

የእርስዎ መብቶች

  • You can edit or delete a listing at any time.
  • Closing your account removes your listings, photos and videos.
  • Expired listings are deleted automatically, with their photos and videos, after the retention period set in the platform.
  • If you have a question about your data, contact us at the address on this page.
  • ማስታወቂያዎን በማንኛውም ጊዜ ማረም ወይም መሰረዝ ይችላሉ።
  • መለያዎን ሲዘጋ ማስታወቂያዎችዎ፣ ፎቶዎችዎና ቪዲዮዎችዎ ይጠፋሉ።
  • ጊዜው ያለፈባቸው ማስታወቂያዎች ከወሰነው ጊዜ በኋላ ከነፎቶዎቻቸው በራስ-ሰር ይሰረዛሉ።
  • ስለ መረጃዎ ጥያቄ ካለዎት በዚህ ገጽ ላይ ባለው አድራሻ ያግኙን።
